ALDI Stock Assistant interview questions

The interview was a direct face to face interview with the Manager. He asked some basic questions like about previous role, why do you want to work at aldi etc then introduced me to another colleague.

It is a three-step process. There are a set of questions to answer online. If you pass this you get an in-store assessment. For me, this was a one-to-one casual chat with the area manager. If you pass this, there is an interview.
