I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Newbury, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
after submitting online application, then had to record myself answering questions on an online portal. After I then had to attend an in person interview. Each one lasted around 30 minutes. For the instore interview I had to ask a member of staff where to go as no-one knew i was even coming.
