I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview process was great and they called at the times they posted. Company is large so there are a lot of steps in the interview process. Online questions take some time to answer and some of the questions are repetitive. The company has great benefits so the time it takes to interview is worth the long process.

What are you leaving your current company?

Interview
Received a call from a recruiter a couple days after applying online via indeed and my first interview went super well. Very helpful, professional, HR department. My recruiter even called the day of my interview to give me additional advice and preparation tips. However, my in person interview was the complete opposite. The guy interviewing was very uninvolved, asked me a lot about my high school experience and hometown which seemed super irrelevant. The only question that was slightly work related was him asking me how much money I wanted to make. When it was my turn to ask questions, he kind of half answered and did not give the same company description as the initial interviewer. The interview ended on a mutual uncomfortable note and I did not go futher in the process.
Thanks for the interview review. We apologize you experience was not up to the standards we hold ourselves to. If you wish to provide more information, please contact us at adp_talent_community @ adp.com
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Metairie, LA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied online and quickly received an automated email saying I would contacted shortly to discuss a phone interview in the near future. A few days to a week later I received an email from an HR person who conducts the phone interviews with a link to choose a time slot in the coming week to conduct the phone interview. I chose one of the available times and waited.
The day of the phone interview I set aside 30 minutes before to collect my thoughts so I wouldn't be distracted or anything leading up to my 2:30 time slot. 2:30 rolls around and I receive no call. After 15 minutes of waiting I begin drafting an email to the HR person when I receive one from them first. They said that they tried to call my phone multiple times but were greeted with an error message each time and couldn't connect. The entire time I had my phone in hand and never received a call. I got a friend to call my phone 2 minutes after that and it worked perfectly so I was a bit wary but technical issues happen sometimes so oh well. I return HR's email and apologized for technical issues on my part and we rescheduled for the following day at 3pm.
The next day, I check to make sure my phone is receiving calls this time and it is working perfectly. 3pm rolls around and no call. at 3:30 I wrote another email to the HR person saying I was sorry if there was a miscommunication but I thought we had agreed to that day at 3pm for the interview. A couple of hours later I receive an email from the HR person saying they had been super busy and out of the office and they apologized for it and seemed genuinely sorry and then suggested we schedule a third interview time on the following Monday. I reply that I understand and it's no big deal and asked what time on Monday we should schedule the interview. No response.
The weekend passes and Monday morning rolls around. I send an email to this HR person early in the morning saying that I know we had agreed on rescheduling the interview until Monday but we had never set a specific time so I asked when would be most convenient for them. Again no response.
A few days after that, I receive an automated text from ADP saying that after reviewing my qualifications and application they have decided to move forward with hiring other applicants.
2 weeks of jumping through hoops and being stood up by HR and I don't even get a chance to do a phone interview that they themselves scheduled with me. Very frustrating.
