I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Milwaukee, WI) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was contacted for a phone screening with an out-of-state recruiter, then brought into the office to talk to the Regional Sales Exec. A few days after, I was contacted for a ride-along, wherein I was offered the position at the end of the day.

Who are the three things/people that motivate you?
Where was a time you failed in your last position, and how'd you overcome it?
I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Applied online and a recruiter reached out within a few days. It was a 30-minute phone interview with general HR/behavioral questions. The recruiter I had was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Once the phone interview was passed, an in-person interview at the local office was scheduled where I met the hiring manager. Same general questions, but they will definitely grill you a bit. If you are applying for a sales role they want you to sell yourself, so sell yourself! The feedback from the interview was very prompt and I heard back the next day. The background check is very thorough so be prepared. But it's ADP so they have to be extra careful. I would recommend.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Sarasota, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
Started out with a phone interview that was pretty easy. The questions were straight forward, just trying to get to know me and tell me about the position. Next was an in person interview with the sales executive. It was wonderful, he made me really comfortable and asked me about my hobbies before even talking business. We spent about an hour for the interview because we hit it off right away. I was asked to participate in a roll call to show my experience with my State Farm internship. The next step was a ride along where I went on sales calls with a DM. We went to a bunch of banks and made Calls for new business. The key is to put your phone away, listen, and ask smart questions. The day ended at 5 and I was offered the position the next day.
