I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Phila, PA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interviewed for the position in the Philadelphia office. The interviews leading up to the final interview were relatively easy and enjoyable. Final interview was much more challenging and the interviewers were pretty standoffish

Interview
I started out with high hopes for this company, but after the experience I had, all i can say is that im glad it's over.
The phone interview was the only aspect that went well.
After that, the first in-person interview that I had scheduled at 3:30PM didnt start until 4:20PM. This happened again for the second stage in-person interview. Was scheduled to start at 8:30 AM and didnt start until 9:30 AM. It shows a lack of respect towards the candidate and their time to have them wait in the lobby that long, especially when theyre making a 3 hour drive to come. 15 minutes is one thing, but 45 minutes or an hour is very poor etiquette.
The second stage interview was supposed to consist of a 1-1 interview, a field ride with an account exec, and a role play. The 1-1 interview and field ride went well. Upon returning from the field ride, the manager came into the office and said she didnt have time to do the role play and that i would need to come back the next week. She said she would give me a call to schedule this. I said ok. This would not have been a problem had my interview started somewhat close to the scheduled time.
After 3 business days i had not heard from her. So i send an email to her. No reply. Next day i send another email to her and CC the corporate recruiter. No reply from either. Next day I call the branch to try to get ahold of the manager who said she would call but she is unavailable. I ask the person on the phone to please have her call me. She says she will. I did not receive a call on that day or the next day which was a friday.
After a week of being completely ignored by all of my contacts I had at ADP and being told that I would be brought back to complete the second stage, I get an email on Saturday saying that they would be moving forward with other candidates.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely disorganized. Its no wonder why turnover is high at ADP.

Interview
Typical phone interview with recruiter. She built it up to be amazing. Really prepared me for interview with a VP. The one on one interview with VP was a joke. Super rude..just kept talking about how much money you can make.
