I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Pleasanton, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. There were three rounds: A conversational, initial phone screen to check speaking skills. Second was a rigorous, in-office interview in which they ask your qualifications and skill set. Last was shadowing a current employee on calls, followed by a final interview and a sales simulation.
