I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in May 2015
Interview
Interview was very relaxed. My interviewer seemed like he just wanted to get a feel for my personality. I was very prepared for him to ask me harder questions, but our conversation was very laid back. We just talked about my life thus far and where I want to be and all the opportunities adp offers.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in Nov 2015
Interview
Brief phone interview with their recruiter. Then invited back to meet for the 1st interview with the VP of Sales. I thought the first interview went very well and he invited me back to interview with his Sales Executive team. I came back a week later and interviewed with 2 Sales Executives, which also went pretty well. After the 2nd interview they invited me back for a ride in the Field with on of their District Managers. The field ride went pretty well, and the kid I drove with was nice and honest about the job and what it's like. He even said he really liked me and is going to give the VP a good word. I was supposed to go back into the office that day for a role play, but the VP had to leave for a client. The VP personally called me on his cell phone the next day to invite me back for the role play, and seemed very interested in my feedback about the field ride.
Later that week I went back for the role play. He gave me a couple pages to look over for about 10-15 mins and then another Sales Executive (I've never met before) walked in and wanted to start right away, really without getting to know me at all. After his eagerness to start, I got a bit nervous but thought the overall process went pretty well. I was told that they did the role play to find my weak points to train me in a specific area.
After I received by feedback and everything, they sent me home. Two days later I got a generic rejection letter via email. I have been traveling 5 hours to get to the interviews since I am still in school, and they dragged me along the whole process only to reject me. They don't even have the decency to return my calls and tell me why I wasn't offered the position. I think they at least owe me that.
