I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (West Palm Beach, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
Pre interview, then ride along(shadow another DM) ,then after the ride along you come back to interview with VP of sales. After the ride along I met with the VP of sales and we had a not so formal interview. Not bad , not good either. I am waiting on the response. From what I was told, the VP of sales likes to push your buttons in the interview to see how you react to the situation. The people I met there had nothing but great things to say, although finding out how there interview process went, there really is no pattern of the "type of people" ADP hires. We will see how the rest of the process goes.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How are you going to switch from selling price to selling value?
I don't think this is going to be a good fit for you....most people who come from commission only jobs that I've hired have gotten complacent on the $38,000 a year salary.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADP (Rockville, MD) in Apr 2016
Interview
I was contacted from a recruiter by email who found my resume on Indeed. I called her to respond and she asked me a lot of general questions about my interests, goals. etc. This conversation essentially served as a phone interview. She then set-up a time for me to meet with the VP of Sales in Rockville, MD. The VP asked one of his salespeople to join in on the interview. They were both very friendly. The VP asked very basic interview questions which were easy to answer. I was a little disappointed that there was no portion of the interview dedicated to describing the position in detail. Luckily, I came with several questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and the interview process lasted three business days.
