"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Health, Dental, Vision, Short-term/Long-term disability, Life-Insurance, FSA, and HSA are all very good at Lockheed Martin. Company also provides tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, flexible work schedules, telecommuting and many other benefits. Training can be excellent depending on current assignment, budgets, and role.
