Vacation policy, while not overly generous (3 weeks), is reasonably flexible. Vacation and sick leave are separate, so if you happen to get sick, you don't have to modify your vacation plans. And scheduling vacation doesn't have lots of restrictions (varies some from site to site)

Worst: Actually getting a answer live and in person with an HR rep vice having to call a help desk.

All benefits management is online and easy to use/understand. Fairly straightforward sign-up and adjusting.

Good 401k match- 8% for up to 20% of contribution. Medical insurance is getting worse and worse.

The best part is probably the employee discounts program. There are a lot of vendors participating.

Very generous 401(k) plan. Total (between match and company contribution) will be 10% starting in 2016. You can do various healthy activities to earn all of your insurance deductible.

Time off. Its hard to take time off because you get behind in your duties.

Earn more paid time off the longer you work for the company. Great 401K retirement plan. Great competitive pay. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are with great companies with comparable plans. Healthy living and gym membership is promoted. Virgin Health Miles points program is great for earning extra money to use towards co-pays, etc.
