Pros

Directors/Sr. Managers at Corporate pretty much keep the ship afloat. Talented and under appreciated bunch. Plant Managers really keep operations afloat, despite upper management's best effort.

Cons

A lot of blame game and culpability dodging in the C Level. It's like no one is driving the car most of the time. Lack of leadership, almost everything is run by workshops.
