Toxic culture in some departments. People leaders have no skills nor leadership background to manage people. You will find a lot of personal pressure - if you treat you manager like a god, you are treated nice. If not, unlucky you. They don't care about people and do not develop people - if you want to grow in your job you are told to leave and they just take someone now from so many applications. Biggest disappointment in my very long career.

Amazing colleagues - who get frustrated and take their talents elsewhere when it becomes clear that they will never be able to grow or bring fresh ideas to life within this highly political company Wonderful product - that they ceased to innovate decades ago and is now rapidly losing ground to a) cheaper competitors and b) digital experiences with a smaller footprint and greater novelty Fantastic brand recognition - but unfortunately, a company stuck in rural Scandinavia, with most design management being locals without diversity training or understanding of other cultures, is a company that will never truly be global.
