      Great people, boring work

      Pros

      I worked at Global Savings Group as an online content editor. Though the job was quite boring with a lot of repetitive work, the people were really great. I met so many nice international people. My manager was also amazing, she always listened to her team and found ways to engage us in the work even when the work was/is always the same.

      Cons

      Very few opportunities to grow within the company. Low wages for part-time editors. There are quite a few high up people with insanely big ego's. There is so much company gossip (kind of fun) but it extends beyond one office to offices from all over Asia and Europe.

      - Especially during Covid-19 the management is doing everything they can to keep the company on track and all colleagues on board - Flat hierarchies and fast decisions - Your voice is heard and you can actively shape the future of the company - Cool colleagues from all over the globe

      - Sometimes the communication could be a bit more transparent
