      Pros

      Ability to work with an exciting organisation with great brands across Europe, iGraal, Pouch and Shoop in a growing e-commerce market. GSG has great growth strategy and plans which will make the next couple of years exciting, albeit not for the faint-hearted. This is a company whose employees are pretty committed and a lot of trust is given to each employee and we are measured on output and not how many hours we sit in front of a screen thus a very flexible working environment.

      Nothing worth mentioning that doesn't exist in every other company in the world.

      They have one of the best Onboarding process I have ever experienced. High salary on senior positions

      Cons

      Some strategies that are being followed are too old and should be changed Even though management says they want to improve and get better, some processes cannot be touched
