Although it has been a year since your feedback was shared, we wanted to send you a big thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
First off, we want to express our gratitude for highlighting the positive aspects of your time with us. It's heartening to hear that you found our colleagues to be nice and supportive. That's what we're all about - being a team that's stronger together! :)
We're thrilled you noticed the flexibility in our work environment. We believe in giving our teams the best experience possible, making sure work and personal life balance out just right. Our approach is the Hybrid mode because it gives everyone the freedom to find their right spot.
On a less positive note, we're sorry to hear that your overall experience wasn't as awesome as we'd hoped. We're genuinely sorry if our managers gave you a not-so-great impression in terms of the hybrid work setup. That's not how we want things to be, and we're working hard to make sure our leaders create a vibe that's positive and supportive. We want everyone to feel comfortable and happy at work.
In fact, we are working on a new program to support our people managers with the key knowledge they would need to succeed in their roles. It's expected to be released in Q1 next year.
