Slow company with very mixed up processes.

Cons

Salaries and benefits are poor, there was a rumour that salaries would be reviewed but it didn’t happen. Highest inflation figures globally and we got a 0% payrise !

We are working hard and prioritizing the two points you just mentioned. So far we have improved our benefits package on a global level with 32 vacation days (27 APAC) or quarterly team events among others.
