We are genuinely sorry to hear about your perception of management not being transparent and the feeling of being treated as a machine. This does not align with our values and ways of working. Your well-being, both physical and mental, is of utmost importance to us. In Q2 of 2023, we initiated collaboration with an external provider offering coaching and mental health support to ensure that all our employees feel supported and valued. In terms of our management, we are currently working on the development and launch of a new program to support our people managers with the key knowledge they would need to succeed in their roles.
