We understand your concerns about remote work and the lack of a proper office culture. While remote work has its benefits, we’re continually exploring ways to create a stronger sense of community, even when we’re not physically together, like our company worldwide All Hands & virtual team activities.
Your feedback on repetitive tasks and budget constraints is valuable, and we’ll take it into account as we look for ways to offer more creative freedom and better support for our teams.
Regarding senior management, we’re aware that there’s always room for improvement. In response to our commitment to strengthening leadership and ensuring effectiveness at all levels of management, our Talent Growth team is creating training programs to equip our leaders with the resources needed to excel in their roles.
