      Pros

      Great development possibilities, big responsibility, good company culture, focus on training and developing people and always fun to go to work. Also amazing people around you always.

      Cons

      Very result-focused which may not be for everyone. With the big focus on developing people there's obviously a focus to ensure that they do a good job as well.
