HR Accessibility: Getting in touch with the HR department could be a real hassle. Honestly, sometimes it felt like it was easier to find them on LinkedIn than through official channels.
Low Wages in Comparison to the Market Benchmark: It's important to mention that Zalando's wages, compared to the market benchmark, are notably lower considering the demands placed on employees. Competitive compensation should be a no-brainer to attract and keep top talent.
