      good as a starter job... if you are looking for some sort of secure income in Berlin. You get employee discount on almost all Zalando products...

      Very unorganized and based on gossip ( a lot of sexual stories involved) . If you are friends with your team leader they will keep you in the company if not bye bye

      - toxic culture of mobbing. Backstabbing, isolating members of the team and spreading rumours, manipulative attitude, rude attitude at junior/Senior non leadership roles - patronising behaviour at a Director level - misogynistic and Homophobic comments in public formal meetings - lack of conducting professional conversations in groups. People needs to corner someone on one to one basis to get their selfish view across, spread their bias view until things happen their way - inconsistent leaders - biased performance reviews and promotions - lack of innovation in Tech and tech standards and processes - unhealthy product and engineering relationship. Product acts as technical team manager. Product lacks strategic commercial experience and contribution to engagements. Product acts as a micromanaging scum master who also believes that they can contribute and lead the technical direction of Teams and projects.
