      Pros

      Wp is a large company. The CEO is effective in creating operating guidelines that are followed in the engineering offices at their various international locations. They have relatively good systems for quality checks, knowledge sharing etc.

      Cons

      As with many large offices, there can be groups within the larger organization that are difficult to work in or may have ineffective leadership. This created an unacceptable work experience, but does not necessarily reflect how the overall office is run.
