Good Benefits but customer service managers are shady

Pros

Managers look out for you the employee more then the customers so it is nice knowing they have your back.

Cons

Managers will ask you to falsify information on customer accounts. When a customer leaves World Fuel managers will leave their account open with the oil company so little charges will drain their deposit.

Pros

WFS is a good place to work on a day to day basis. The industry is an exciting industry to work in where constant change and adaptation is required. Additionally, WFS acquires many companies and continues to expand business into different areas.

Cons

While it's a great place to work on a daily basis, t the opportunities to move up for a younger employee are few and far between. The process is laborious to apply to another job within the company and not a lot of emphasis is made on internal promotion.
