Need to improve management. Health benefits very standard comparing size and growth.

Good work - home balance. Staff of equal status very friendly.

Cons

Every since I have worked at World there has been constant change in management and who I report to. A lot of internal office politics.

Very dynamic, sometime chaotic. Pays good, company culture is so-so.

Cons

I found it chaotic sometime. Too much politics going on. Many people only care for what they will learn from the job and how they can be more visible. So if you care about productivity and total benefit of the organization you work for, it sometimes got annoying.
