      Awful Company

      Sales job but low basic and no commission, everything has a long manual data entry process, issue is every department is using different software, I never worked for such a disorganised company, managers seem to have no idea what they are doing - everything seems to be difficult e.g one day my laptop stopped working, I had a colleague log the issue with IT and after a couple of hours I asked my manager if she could follow up and she said "give them a couple of days to get back to you" so had 2 days of doing nothing, company is literally in the stone age, no idea how they are still going....
