      Pros

      WFS employs bright individuals who make it a breeze to work with (my department) as everyone communicates and work well together as a team! Open door policy (in my department) that allows for a transparent culture and a warm, understanding and flexible environment.

      Cons

      Haven’t really come across any cons. Maybe more flexibility in hours worked. Some companies give you the option to work any 9 hours between 6am and 9pm - that would be beneficial due to Miami’s traffic!

      Decent company to work for

      Pros

      Global international teams. Nice, friendly environment, casual culture and strong business performance. People and managers are nice, approachable and supportive. Provide opportunities within the organisation, possibility of progression and development. Allows remote working when necessary. Ok yearly Bonuses Good performance bonuses.

      Cons

      Might take a while to solve some matters and issues as its a corporation and therefore needs inputs and approvals from different people. A lot of concurrence between workers to progress on the corporate ladder. Managers and senior members have different instructions and interests. Average salaries, (could be better).
