Cons

Woodmac is well aware of the pace with which it is moving forward and has rightly invested in ensuring this pace is sustainable. Keeping this in mind the change management process that follows needs to well executed.

Pros

So many things the company puts forward to ensure that you have a great work/life balance. wonderful community and culture that supports lots of collaboration.

Cons

Because it is a European company, the structure is not set up for advancement unless you "pay your dues" which generally means you have been with the company for a long time, more than you have contributed a great deal.
