Pros

good pay for entry level

Cons

management is useless. you are replaceable and unappreciated, bottom line. you will forever be understaffed on any shift making your job much harder.

Pros

Good pay, decent shifts, teaching and training opportunities, family culture, does a lot with charities

Cons

The shifts are inconsistent, if someone calls off and you can’t find someone to work it you’re expected to work the shift no matter what

Pros

The amount of changes the company has made is very dizzying. Good news is, the pay is very competitive for those who have no real world skills that's tangible for other fields...

Cons

While the pay for YOUR position may have gotten a boost, hard to find associates because their pay hasn't been boosted to compete in the market... Good luck trying to achieve a healthy headcount
