I work in the Vision Center

Pros

The best reason to work here is the customers. The benefits are great and not expensive. The hours to work in the vision center are great.

Cons

Having to many "chiefs" and not enough "Indians". The people I work with think they should tell everyone what to do.

Good Experience

Pros

They seem to have a bad reputation, but my experience was wonderful. I was a cashier and I had no prior experience. Their training was thorough. The other employees and management were helpful. In fact, the manager of the super-center I worked at, helped me fix a broken self-check out machine. Also, when I needed some time off to see if I could work while starting graduate school, they were understanding, even though I had not worked there long enough to technically allow a leave of absence.

Cons

The pay was low. Also, the hours were erratic. You only knew your schedule 3 weeks in advance.
