Pros

Decent pay & raises as well as benefits, good management, vacation/sick time, organized scheduling, nice atmosphere, friendly coworkers, opportunities to advance in the company. Effective problem solving.

Cons

Too many chiefs, not enough indians. Even though the individual scheduling was decent, there were many times that one person worked in various departments.

A good culture, honest, stable, lots of rules.

Pros

You know what you're getting with them. Straightforward expectations. Stable employer. Likes giving training and challenges. Lots of freedom. Flexible to an extent.

Cons

The company is becoming too large for itself. It is getting more locked into beaurocracy, and the lawyers and public opinion are more and more feeding the decisions it is making with it's direction. Stable right now, but I foresee a downfall in the next 5 years.

Pros

Great benefits, good hours, family oriented, competitive wages, a job that stays around, its not going out of business anytime soon

Cons

sometimes has management that lacks in people skills and leadership qualities. Also sometimes favoritism plays a role in decisions being made.
