Pros

They have good benefits as in insurance and stock options

Cons

When hired they pumped into us how we were to be managers and manage people and they even have a specific routine you are supposed to follow. But when you get out into the stores and work that routine takes a back seat to throwing freight and emptying pallets...mostly due to their mis-management of the people at the store manager level and an assistant has no leverage no matter how qualified

Pros

its ok to work in walmart if you are a student only.

Cons

They don't treat you well especially if you are part-time, you can't work anywhere else because they want you to be flexible for them and if you're not then they will just let you go, find a way to make it your fault.
