Pros

-no worries about walmart closing -decent pay -good insurance, but expensive -depending on how you are favored, you can be promoted. -work with some great employees.

Cons

-no consistancy -wrongful terminations -mistreatment of good employees -overworked, underpaid for what you are having to do. -Market Management wants one thing but Store management forces another.

- Good Benefits - Good rapport with fellow associates

Cons

- Minimum/Rare wages and raises - Little opportunity for promotion due to favoritism - Little recognition for a job well done, even when going above and beyond your actual duties - Only hiring part time now in order to skirt providing benefits to their employees - No longer offering 90 day raises, must wait a full year from employment date
