Pros

worlds largest company. Probley won't get laid off.

Cons

understaffed, wan'ts everbody to "do more with less", new structure is a joke; department managers over many departments, understaffing leads to poor instock and poor customer service. No set schedule. No set days off. Different every week.

Pros

Walmart is a place where alot of people from different places and lifestyles can work and shop. So as to open up an world of new ideas and chances to learn.

Cons

Walmart is an ok place to work but not somthing most people would want to do forever. They dont pay good wages and give very few raises. It can be very stressful at time due to the fact they have far to few people working in the stores but still want the same level of performance, as a store with many more employees. They dont put much into training into thier managers. Not showing them how to be leaders and someone thier emplyees below them can look up to.
