Pros

Talent people in some teams.

Cons

Political business that rules from fear from the top, favoritism will get you promoted (not talent), archaic systems, feedback not taken on board. Worst business i've ever worked, that will likely effect your mental health.

Pros

Great global brand with exciting products and a passionate team. Exposure to high-profile launches, creative campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration across agencies and international teams. Opportunities to work across a wide range of marketing channels including digital, content, partnerships and events.

Cons

Role scope often does not align with the job description and can expand significantly without clear structure or support. Senior communication and strategic alignment across teams can be inconsistent, which makes prioritisation difficult. Retention and knowledge continuity can be challenging as experienced team members leave and roles are not replaced.
