      Highly compfortable work environment. Little performance controls and checks. Job security and highly stable environment to work for. Easy access to cheap cars.

      Closed society. Difficult to enter into the local groups and management promotion environments. Lack of performance orientation and litte appreciation of personal sacrifices.
