      Pros

      The rates are good although this is for engineers/professionals and am pretty sure labourers get a lot less- Decent Hours - 8.30 to 5.30 although permanent staff stay and arrive a lot later/earlier Interesting Project - Very wide range of works can learn alot if you are interested

      Cons

      The work can get repetitive at times and naturally construction projects have a pressure to meet deadlines

      Cons

      Different time zones led to challenges in acquiring information in a timely relevant manner, team meeting helped to coordinate decision making processes.
