      Pros

      Lots Of benefits, car allowance, training courses company laptop and 26 days holiday, take seriously health and safety which is always the number one priority.

      Cons

      Long hours, difficult to progress and get pay raises, not an easy company to manoeuvre with many processes and procedures. Some times is almost impossible to act for the benefit of the company or your progression

      . They also are very family oriented and make sure not to overwork their employees. The people that work here are also very kind.
