      Great company but with challenges.

      Pros

      Major corporation with entrenched customer relationships. Supportive management and relatively stable sales positions. Positive, genuinely helpful peers throughout the company. Nice benefits package.

      Cons

      Lower than average compensation. Constantly changing comp plan to cap individual success. Presidents Club and another sales incentives eliminated. Floundering senior management who appear incapable of leading such a great technology company (prior to Ed Coleman - no opinion on Ed).

      Pros

      Unisys is a very good Company to work for. They offer Flexability, Fair Compensation and Good Benefits. They also offer an excellent learning/training network.

      Cons

      Unisys has been going through restructuring pains. We have recently brought in a new CEO and most organizations are being restructered. It is not always easy to have the most current organazational charts with the changes that are currently being made.

      Pros

      Unisys provides tremendous opportunities for motivated individuals to excel in their career. Senior Management provides the flexibility for people at Unisys to work in the areas that interest them the most.

      Cons

      The flexibility of senior management can sometimes be seen as apathy or just a lack of being able to help focus an organization on specifc goals. We continually try to re-invent ourselves to the detriment of Unisys branding and name recognition.
