      Upside pyramid - Old boys club of 1970s era golf-drinks management

      Pros

      Paid reasonably well There are some strong Federal and State accounts, outside of which management do not wish to focus despite press releases and assurances to the country

      Cons

      10 chiefs for every 'indian'-- layer after layer of useless management CEO and top execs working stock up so they can flip the business, no long term plans Increasingly poor 401k and expenses Promotion and raises tied to membership of hiring class of 1970-75, completely out of touch, never did MBAs, never worked elsewhere idiots - successful historically in 70s, 80s and maybe 90s but today just riding out the clock to retirement, again no long term view

      Pros

      good pay and understanding bosses who don't interfere much. I got sick and they let me fly home wihtout hassle.

      Cons

      long hours and no structure or organization. They sent me to a site then expected me to not be jet lagged the next day at work. It was overseas
