They don't like to answer phones, respond to voicemail or emails, they lose paperwork, and if by some miracle you do manage to get them on the phone after repeatedly calling, they couldn't possibly make it clearer that they don't want to talk and can't be bothered.
Questions are met with curt, bored-sounding responses which are repeated in a slightly more annoyed tone if you try to ask for specifics about their screw-ups until you hang up.
I was provisionally hired but kept in a weird limbo of jumping through hoops and being strung along while putting up with their lack of communication for months. Long after I assumed they had just lost interest and ghosted me and I had continued seeking employment elsewhere, they did eventually call me back to let me know they'd lost my background check before anyone could get around to reviewing it. They asked me to resubmit the authorization to run it again, which I did, only leading to further radio silence on their part and their unique artisanal blend of indifference/hostility if I attempted to contact them.
In short, my advice dealing with this company: shoot them an application if you like, but don't count your chickens until they hatch and keep applying elsewhere even if they tell you you've got the job.
