Pros

the job is just like any other bus/ transit job(seniority is king, routes are hard for the first day, busses are pretty standard, and dispatch isn't your friend) however it has more "home vibes" compared to Marta in Atlanta the routes are simple, along with a good team in safety. the busses are a bit old but well maintained.(with a few exceptions) other operators are chill i had zero issues with, however there are some like any other job you would want to stay away from.

Cons

dispatch is out to get you for some reason. lied about anything and wouldn't admit when they dropped the ball.

Pros

Great pay, training and licensing, friendly staff

Cons

Tough schedule to learn to follow with no way to double check electronically when you first start. Handwritten time cards for the entire training process.
