When it comes to training they are making sure you're ready for the Road or any other field in transportation. The Safety team really takes any accident or incident into consideration, they are very good and respectful with their Job.

Cons

Schedulers and some dispatchers are not trained for the job.

Keeps you active, keeps you out and about, get to travel every day, work with a diverse community of clientele

Cons

Scheduling is terrible, hours are long, you have to drive in Portland and its traffic, micromanagement with cameras in the bus that track and record your EVERY move even on your breaks and lunches, onboard technology that makes very loud and distracting noises while you're driving and management says it's all for safety.

Hours. Schedules. Management. Dont have a life outside if this. Show up before sunrise and get off after sundown... Hella depressing.
