- Great team spirit as well as culture - Collaborative teams - International aspects (many different nationalities within the company) - Flexibility (Home Office, digital tools, IT Equipment available to work from home) - Flat hierarchies and short communication ways - E-Commerce branch (great branch to work in!)

family atmoshpere and some really nice colleagues; freedom for choosing your tasks

political games are going on; bad work-life balance; salary is way too low; good performers are often not rewarded, but bad performers are getting some promotions
