Nice and understanding colleagues. No complex domain structure - quite easy to start working, ability to use part of the work time for learning.

Cons

Legacy code, no dedicated budget for conferences / courses.

Pros

Clearly their benefits, trainstation nearby, events, food all the time, free coffee and they don't care wether you work 35 hours or 40 in Dev because they don't track time and nobody cares, so flexible hours is quite cool.

Cons

How about that everything has to be done with python because our lead fancies it and that our lead doesn't care about controlling anything at all or the product is not being improved. The processes are not agile at all, company seems to hire only young and cheap employees, software company with more people and salary in c-level than dev, they restructure the company but do the assessment in German (some of us were told we weren't even allowed to apply)

Pros

A really nice place to work. Friendly and international atmosphere. Part of Zalando so it has all the benefits of a large company from Berlin while living in a smaller city in Bavaria.

Cons

It's a smaller city 40 min from Nuremberg so that might not appeal to everyone but I like it, the rent is cheap
