      Pros

      It was amazing to have Tipico as my first employer!, there are are so many positives! Best thing about Tipico is definitely how Management treat employees. Tipico is so lucky to have Jan Bolz as CEO he truly cares about each and every individual! The colleagues :) As the Team Lead to the Office Services team, I had close interaction with many people and departments - some people in particular definitely left a footprint or two in my heart! Tipico has been great to me and it will always have a special place in my heart! I highly recommend Tipico !

      Cons

      Red tape - it's normal to have this in a large company but I think certain things could get done faster!

      Pros

      Tipico is growing, it's dynamic and creates a fun environment. People are professionally, work hard and are ambitious. Tipico challenges its employees to achieve their utmost and bonuses are tied to performance.

      Cons

      Because of the rapid growth, things are constantly changing, most often for the better.

      Pros

      Tipico is a company that offers an enjoyable and engaging working environment with wonderful colleagues from all over the world. Everybody is encouraged to share their feedback and suggestions for improvements- which is great! Since joining Tipico almost 4 years ago I’ve learned so many new things about the industry. I am very thankful to the people who believed in me and gave me the opportunity to grow within the company and as a person.

      Bad location overlooking the beautiful Med!
