Pros

Great opportunity to gain hands on experience within professional environment in the iGaming industry. I was hired right after my graduation, which shows that Tipico gives chances to young individuals with diverse educational background and with no previous experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Tipico and highly recommend it.

Improvement with regards to communication between different departments.

Great benefits, culture and career path opportunities. Excellent location in Malta. There is a real team spirit across all the company, which is largely down to the C-Level execs who lead by example.

nice office location at the sea, very relaxed management, high expectations of performance but also well rewarded. Nice additional benefits. Typical Startup with a lot of growth!

Not much chance to advance from mid management to high management
