Company really cares about their employees and care for each individuals ideas and efforts in every area. A family like environment with lots of great professionals and experts always willing to share their knowledge with others. A very international environment with lots of events and perfect balance of keeping everyone happy. Lot of smiling faces with great minds and skills, always welcoming environment for every one.

Cons

Management strategies are sometimes inequitable and drive you nuts. Planning and company structure is still en-route to shaping into it's final form while company keeps growing and evolving in a fast manner.
