Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience at Tipico. We are glad to see that, in your time with us, you were pleased with our work-life balance, our bonuses and other benefits like our Gym membership. Improving communication and bringing far-apart-teams together are key priorities to us, and many initiatives are in place to ensure we bridge those natural gaps. Similarly, we are also working our corporate structure to make sure we continue being the #1 sports betting company in the German speaking area. As for compensation, we regularly conduct salary reviews to ensure we stay ahead in this highly competitive industry - and will continue to do so. In our view (as our management put it in our December town hall) we truly welcome competition and believe that competitors setting up shop near us is great for our employees (increased career opportunities) and it motivates Tipico to aim even higher.
