Positive people, a lot of own initiative possible, exciting handling of current topics.

Cons

Diversity and political attitudes are more important than skills, individual goals are always set higher than achievable (changed every two weeks), unstructured working methods. One works only to have internal documents created.

1.Very inclusive 2.Lgbtq+ friendly 3.Great colleagues and atmosphere among peers 4.Teambuildings are supported 5."can do" attitude 6. Fast-paced environment

Cons

1.Almost impossible to change a department — Career development seems to be possible only within the same department, especially in Policy 2.very average salary for the industry (2nd biggest social media after Meta!) and mediocre benefits 3.chinese style of management 4. Due to speed of development can be very chaotic, structure from higher management is much missing 5. Management does not share a long-term vision with employees
