- Get to work with super talented people who are some of the best in their field - Super exciting projects related to many relevant global events (World Cup, Cannes Film Festival, Formular 1, etc) - Work with some of the largest legacy brands in the world as partners or clients (Hugo Boss, Coca Cola, Netflix, etc) - Fast paced environment, ideas can be executed quickly if pushed by the right people - Steep learning curve due to the many projects one can work on

Cons

- Salaries don't meet industry standards (in comparison to Meta, Google, etc) - Intransparent management practices - Slow career development chances (hard to get a raise or promotion) - Quick turnover (employees stay less than a year or two)
